Merchants Mill create their Wholemeal British Spelt using organic spelt from British farms, which is milled to perfection at their site in London.

It'll make a great loaf of bread on its own, or can be combined with Organic Stoneground Unbleached White Flour for a softer crumb and a wonderfully crunchy crust.

Founded by Daniel and Francesco as a response to the lack of high-quality, artisan flour in the UK (spurned on by many a frustrated baking session during the pandemic!), Merchants Mill's products are now taking the London baking scene by storm.

Based in Woolwich Arsenal, the team at Merchants Mill source their raw ingredients from trusted farmers who share their passion for organic grains, before using their micro-mill to grind fresh, organic flour each and every day. The grains are specifically selected from each crop for their superior flavour and nutritional content, and adhere to Trace20Origin principles - you can scan any bag of Merchants Mill flour to trace it back to the exact crop from which it was harvested.
