An ideal pasta for light, creamy seafood sauces, this organic fusilli from artisan producer Pastificio Carleschi is made using traditional methods, and slow dried at low temperatures to preserve nutritional value. The stoneground spelt gives a toasted almond flavour with caramel notes. The 400g pack comes in plastic free packaging, while the 4kg option comes in a paper sack. Cook for 8 minutes for al dente.

Made with stoneground wholegrain spelt. Spelt is an excellent source of carbohydrates and dietary fibre. It is particularly rich in iron, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc and niacin (vitamin B3) as well as micronutrients such as calcium and vitamin E.
