Summerhall Distillery have taken their celebrated original 1947 recipe and infused it with indigenous Scottish botanicals, before distilling, bottling and corking by hand at their Edinburgh HQ. 

An incredibly complex gin, bursting with flavour thanks to the Scottish flavours of pine, heather, milk thistle and bog myrtle giving an earthy and floral twist to the original Bombay-style recipe. An excellent base for a Scots Martini, or a G&T garnished with apple and blackberries. 42% ABV.

Based in the heart of Edinburgh, Summerhall Distillery has been creating award-winning spirits since 2014 - when they opened their doors, they became the first exclusive gin distillery to be established in Edinburgh for over 150 years. Since then they've expanded their range of exquisite gins, inked partnerships with an ever-growing number of prestigious brands (Cunard, British Airways, and the Royal Yacht Britannia to name a few), and even launched their very own whiskey.
