Family-run Primrose Herd produces premium-quality pork products in the beautiful Cornish countryside, in the heart of a World Heritage site. Taking a traditional, non-intensive approach to farming, Sally and Bill Lugg (alongside their 3 children) use tried-and-tested family recipes to create products with excellent marbling, perfect fat distribution and fantastic flavour. Their pork cuts, bacon and sausages have won multiple awards, and are supplied to some of the South West's most renowned restaurants.

proper hogs pudding !
currently living in Highworth and hosting relatives from the South West for xmas 2024. Bought some Traditional Cornish Hogs Pudding as a breakfast treat for our guests as they are true connoisseurs of the porky delight. We prefer the puddings hot so I removed the skin & sliced it into big chunks & popped it in the oven to heat through and then a quick blast under a grill to crisp up the edges. Some people might prefer it slightly more peppery but two thumbs up all round from our guests - winner !
