Oxtail is a cut that's bursting with deep, rich flavour, selected by DukesHill's master butchers from traditional breed, grass-fed herds from around the country. Ideal for stews and pies, you need to slow cook this glorious cut for as long as possible to maximise the flavour and texture. Previously frozen to preserve freshness and quality.

Holders of a prestigious Royal Warrant since 2003, DukesHill began producing their mouthwatering Wiltshire hams back in 1985, strictly adhering to traditional curing and smoking methods to create a showstopping table centrepiece for any special occasion. Since then, the range has expanded to include everything from traditionally made bacon, sausages & terrines, through to an exquisite range of slow cooked pork and even handmade ciders.

Allergens: Produced in a factory which handles wheat, barley, eggs, milk, mustard, soya, sulphites, celery.

Ingredients 100% British Beef.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing, freeze on day of purchase. Once defrosted consume within 24hrs.
