A truly special Salmon fillet, commonly known as the fillet steak of the sea due to its incredibly tender texture and rich taste. The Royal Fillet of Salmon is cut from the very best part of the fish, the skin is removed, and it's then delicately smoked to perfection. Ready to be eaten straight away, quickly seared as part of a bigger dish, or diced for canapés.
