Created in Worthing but inspired by a Trinidadian recipe passed down through the generations, Boom Sauce is on a mission to bring a kick of spice and a little bit of Trini love to your kitchen cupboard. Every bottle produced by Maryann and her team is gluten-free, vegan friendly and created with 100% natural ingredients.

Ingredients: Mango (28%), Habanero Chilli (14%), Red Pepper, Cider Vinegar, Beer (Mango, Passion Fruit, Barley, Oats, Wheat)(8.4%), Pineapple, Passionfruit, Orange Juice, Sugar, Salt, Garlic and a Pinch of Trini Love.
