The very first salami released by Hebridean Charcuterie, Wild & Free is a celebration of the animals that roam wild on the islands. Wild venison and goose, rare breed farmed pork, and a twist of garlic and black pepper create a full-bodied salami that's packed with flavour.

Hebridean Charcuterie is the brainchild of Brian and Melinda Whitington, inspired by their passion for using wild and free-range local foods. Their products use ingredients solely sourced from animals reared or roaming wild in the Outer Hebrides, supporting the region's traditional crofting system of farming. Wild geese, rare breed pigs and cows, and free roaming deer all feature in their range of charcuterie, with plastic-free packaging that gives a nod to the islands' Nordic past.
