The award-winning gin that started it all, Cascave's original Premium Dry Gin is the story of a journey over the rolling Brecon Beacons captured in a bottle. 

A beautifully balanced gin that reflects the flavours of the Brecon Beacons, using botanicals native to the area - fresh juniper, zingy citrus and crucially the hand-collected, mineral-rich waters from the heart of the Dan Yy Ogof caves.

You'll notice sweet orange, meadow sweet and bilberry on the nose, which carries through to the palate with the addition of angelica and fine cut marmalade.
