A truly unique and award-winning gin from Cascave, their Cave Aged Gin starts its life with a combination of native Welsh botanicals and mineral-rich water that's hand collected from the Dan Yr Ogof caves. Once distilled, it's patiently aged in port barrels within the cave itself for 6 months.

The process of cask aging delivers a real complexity to the gin, with hints of red fruits and vanilla imparted by the port barrels beautifully balancing the floral and citrus notes of the spirit.

Enjoy on the rocks to experience the full flavour of the mountain, or paried with a premium tonic.
