A deliciously meaty cut from the leg end of the lamb, produced by Bramblebee Farms on the natural wetland Ouse Washes in rural Cambridgeshire. You'll receive 1kg in total, split across 3 - 4 rumps.

Nestled in the lush Norfolk Fenlands, Bramblebee Farm is led by Paul Day and his family – first-generation regenerative farmers who cultivate their own wheat and barley to feed their livestock. Old Spot pigs and grass-fed native cow breeds like Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Belted Galloways, all crossed with Shorthorn Bulls, roam freely between the farm's meadows and RSPB wetlands. The result is sausages, pork and beef cuts of the very highest quality.

    Mmmmmmmm

    Only problem I had with this was that it leaves you wanting more lol , hand on heart this was some of the best lamb we’ve had
