Producer spotlight: Boom Hot Sauce

We are excited to announce our latest partnership with Boom Sauce. From its humble beginnings in Worthing, West Sussex, Boom Sauce has quickly become a kitchen essential. Created in June 2019 by Mary Ann Penfold, it's the perfect blend of tradition and innovation, capturing the vibrant flavours of Trinidad in every bottle.

Boom Sauce isn't your average chilli sauce – it's a flavour-packed bottle inspired by a cherished family recipe from Trinidad. Crafted with 100% natural ingredients and a pinch of Trinidadian love, Boom Sauce brings a burst of flavour to every dish. Named after Mary Ann’s uncle’s favourite saying – "Fix Up, Fix Up!" – Fix Up D'heat embodies the warmth of Trinidadian hospitality. Just like his insistence on keeping everyone's glass topped up with rum, Fix Up D'heat promises to add a kick of heat to any meal.
