Yet another award-winning bacon from the Welsh Smokery, this time creating using Welsh pork, rich molasses and dark spiced rum.

Each small batch of bacon is cured by hand and gently smoked at their smokery in the Welsh mountains, before being infused with the rum and molasses to deliver a dark, rich flavour. It's the perfect choice for spaghetti carbonara, or to make your own pigs in blankets.

The Welsh Smokery (or Welshhomestead Smokery to give it its full name) is an award-winning smokehouse set on the edges of the Welsh Cambrian Mountains.

Using what they call the ancient magic of cold smoking combined with the latest technology, Claire and her team at the smokery create unusual flavour combinations infused with the simple taste and smell of woodsmoke. Within the range you'll find their award-winning Smoked Lamb Bacon, Smoked Chilli Jams and Smoked Bacon and Chorizo Jams, as well as unusual flavours like their Chocolate Espresso Smoked Bacon. - Pork (made with 108g of pork per 100g of finished product)
- Dark Brown Sugar
- Dark Spiced Rum
- Molasses
- Salt (containing preservative Sodium Nitrite)
- Peppercorns

Storage:

All of Welsh Smokery's bacon is posted out first class in sustainably sourced, insulated, temperature controlled packaging with a use by date of 7-10 days. When you receive your bacon please remove it from the WoolCool outer packaging and place it into your fridge or freezer.
