An award-winning effort from the Welsh Smokery, their Smoked Chilli & Paprika Bacon makes for a fantastic burger topper alongside melted cheese and a dollop of smoked chilli jam! It's also an amazing way to add a spicy kick to your full English (or Welsh!).
The Welsh Smokery hand cure their bacon, cut from Welsh pork, using a traditional method, before smoking in small batches and infusing delicate chilli and paprika flavours.

All of Welsh Smokery's bacon is posted out first class in sustainably sourced, insulated, temperature controlled packaging with a use by date of 7-10 days. When you receive your bacon please remove it from the WoolCool outer packaging and place it into your fridge or freezer.
