The Welsh Smokery have taken UK-grown Scotch Bonnet chillies and slowly smoked them to bring out their vibrant flavour to produce this delicious Scotch Bonnet & Mango Smoked Chilli Jam.
Fresh mango brings a fruity, Caribbean-style hit of sweetness to this award-winning jam, tempering the heat and making it ideal for slathering over burgers and fish, or just as a punchy dip!
The Welsh Smokery (or Welshhomestead Smokery to give it its full name) is an award-winning smokehouse set on the edges of the Welsh Cambrian Mountains.
