Isle of Mull Cheese have pressed their Traditional Farmhouse Cheddar into smaller forms and coated them in wax to create these delicious flavells - the perfect gift for cheese lovers. A drier and crumblier texture than their usual wedges, be sure to allow at least 30 minutes to breath before serving.

Produced on Sgriob-ruadh farm, Isle of Mull’s award-winning farmhouse cheese is made from raw milk and then matured for at least a year in their cellars. The result is an incredibly mature, slightly dry cheese that boasts richly savoury and boozy flavours. We love their Farmhouse variety: it’s strong, rich and slightly drier in texture than your usual farmhouse cheddar, and their Hebridean blue cheese is strong, creamy and decadent.

    Isle of Mull Cheddar is by far my favourite cheese and I have tried a large amount of the cheddar cheese varieties available 😊
