This incredible smoked, roast salmon from Isle of Bute Smokehouse has been marinated in an epic whisky liqueur from the Spirit of Bute, producing a taste sensation. The honey and tangerine flavours from the Heidrun liqueur perfectly complement the light smoky fish.
