Summerhall Distillery faithfully distil their Pickering's Original 1947 Gin from an old family recipe dating back to July 1947, without any updates for a more modern palate - a truly classic Bombay-style gin.

The flavour profile is exactly as you would have found in the old days of the Raj, full to the brim with fragrant spices and citrus notes. Botanicals include fennel, anise, lime & cloves, delivering a refreshingly unique tase that's both long and refreshing. It makes an excellent Tom Collins, or a classic G&T. 42% ABV.

Based in the heart of Edinburgh, Summerhall Distillery has been creating award-winning spirits since 2014 - when they opened their doors, they became the first exclusive gin distillery to be established in Edinburgh for over 150 years. Since then they've expanded their range of exquisite gins, inked partnerships with an ever-growing number of prestigious brands (Cunard, British Airways, and the Royal Yacht Britannia to name a few), and even launched their very own whiskey.
