This topside from Bramblebee Farms is produced exclusively from their own herds of free range, grass-fed native breed cattle, which graze freely on clover rich grasses on the RSPB Ouse Washes in Cambridgeshire. A rich, flavoursome meat for the perfect Sunday roast.

Nestled in the lush Norfolk Fenlands, Bramblebee Farm is led by Paul Day and his family – first-generation regenerative farmers who cultivate their own wheat and barley to feed their livestock. Old Spot pigs and grass-fed native cow breeds like Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Belted Galloways, all crossed with Shorthorn Bulls, roam freely between the farm's meadows and RSPB wetlands. The result is sausages, pork and beef cuts of the very highest quality.
