All of Bramblebee Farms' venison is produced from the deer that roam wild across the Ouse Washes in Cambridgeshire. This minced venison is ideal for making your own burgers or meatballs.

Nestled in the lush Norfolk Fenlands, Bramblebee Farm is led by Paul Day and his family – first-generation regenerative farmers who cultivate their own wheat and barley to feed their livestock. Old Spot pigs and grass-fed native cow breeds like Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Belted Galloways, all crossed with Shorthorn Bulls, roam freely between the farm's meadows and RSPB wetlands. The result is sausages, pork and beef cuts of the very highest quality.

    great value, wonderful meat.

    delicious. We froze some and made some into a fabulous lasagne. Love that it was wrapped in cardboard and paper, not plastic.
