DukesHill have lovingly recreated the flavours and aromas of traditional Mexican streetfood with their take on Beef Barbacoa. Beef brisket is slow cooked for at least 14 hours, creating a tender, flavourful and melt in the mouth cut that's perfect for shredding into tacos, with a side salad, or on top of jacket potatoes.
