Founded by Oliver and Charlie Hemsley, the farm spans over 90 acres and adheres strictly to organic, pasture-fed methods. The cows at Hollis Mead graze on lush, natural grasslands and diverse wildflowers, which not only supports the ecosystem but also enhances the flavour and nutritional profile of their milk.
The dairy offers a wide range of products, including cream, butter, yoghurt, cheese, crème fraîche, cottage cheese, and kefir. Their award-winning kefir is produced in collaboration with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage, reflecting their dedication to quality and innovation.
