Their ethos is simple: they feed their cows purely on grass and wild flowers that grow in their fields, and they only milk them once a day. This means they produce less milk per cow than the average industrial dairy farm, but the positive impact on their cows' health is immeasurable – and you can taste the difference in their delicious milk, butter, cream and yoghurt.
