The tour kicks off at Summerhall, where your guide will escort you to our hand-built distillery. Learn about the craft behind our small-batch gin, following the original Bombay recipe.

After the distillery exploration, head to the boardroom for a perfectly poured Pickering's G&T. Dive into the surprising origins of gin while enjoying a classic cocktail. Delve further into the secret history behind the recipe. Then, savour the distinct flavours of four neat samples from our award-winning gins, meticulously crafted in the historic dog kennels of the Old Royal Dick Vet School.
