An epic hot honey drizzle from The Scottish Bee Company, specifically designed to reduce food waste. They combine their pure blossom honey with the rescued natural by-product of kimchi brine, to create a moreishly sweet and spicy drizzle that's an absolute gamechanger for pizzas and salads.

Founded by Suzie & Iain Millar in 2017, The Scottish Bee Company is passionate about producing high-quality produce that reflects the bounty of local, sustainable resources across Scotland. Orignally founded with a mission to increase bee numbers in Scotland (they've personally increased bee numbers in the region by 27 million), they now produce a range of honey-based condiments, with a portion of every sale going to the charity Repollinate, which creates homes for a variety of pollinating species.

Scottish Honey (80%), Kimchi liquor (20%) (Spring onion, Red pepper powder, Red Miso Paste (Soybean, rice, yeast, ethyl alcohol, koji, salt), Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Sugar), will contain traces of the other kimchi ingredients (Chinese cabbage, Carrots).
