An absolute favourite of Bramblebee Farms owner Paul Day, this back rib cut is ideal for low and slow roasting to really bring out the flavour. The fat will render and melt down over a slow cook, producing a tender and flavoursome roast. Produced exclusively from grass fed, native breed cattle from Paul's farm in Cambridgeshire.
Nestled in the lush Norfolk Fenlands, Bramblebee Farm is led by Paul Day and his family – first-generation regenerative farmers who cultivate their own wheat and barley to feed their livestock. Old Spot pigs and grass-fed native cow breeds like Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Belted Galloways, all crossed with Shorthorn Bulls, roam freely between the farm's meadows and RSPB wetlands. The result is sausages, pork and beef cuts of the very highest quality.
