Bramblebee Farms has created a sausagey homage to their Cambridgeshire homeland, inspired by local ingredients and flavours. Succulent Old Spot pork is blended with locally grown leeks & onions, homemade sweet chilli, and a special blend of regional seasoning to produce a truly unique sausage that celebrates the local area.

Nestled in the lush Norfolk Fenlands, Bramblebee Farm is led by Paul Day and his family – first-generation regenerative farmers who cultivate their own wheat and barley to feed their livestock. Old Spot pigs and grass-fed native cow breeds like Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Belted Galloways, all crossed with Shorthorn Bulls, roam freely between the farm's meadows and RSPB wetlands. The result is sausages, pork and beef cuts of the very highest quality.
