Townsend Farm use wild yeast to ferment their natural cider, produced using Dabinett 2021 apples that fell naturally from the tree. You'll pick up notes of green apple and clean citrus, with the slight essence of boiled candy apple. This is the perfect tipple for pairing for pork dishes and strong, crumbly cheese.

With a rich heritage in the apple growing business, family-run Townsend Farm started producing juices and ciders from their own apple stock in 2017 with a simple mission: the produce great quality, flavoursome juices that celebrate the taste of British apples.

From their farm in Herefordshire the Townsend team now control the entire end to end process of growing, harvesting and juicing their top quality apples, picking and juicing while they're still fresh to produce an end product that's unlike any other apple juice you've tasted. The single variety juices change with the seasons, with Jonagold, Falstaff, Discovery and Greensleeves apples making up the majority of their stock.
